Summer is here!

School is officially out and summer is here! Don’t get lazy over the summer and lose all the fitness you gained throughout the season, train with me and I will help you realize your potential! Recent research has shown that 15-50% of overuse and non-contact injuries in youth athletes could have been prevented with a well rounded strength and conditioning program. Use the off-season to prepare your body for the vigor’s of your sports in-season, not to sit on the couch!
